The Proposition
To build a web application that delivers effective and efficient employee management. Application should be user friendly and easy to navigate.
It should track the daily attendance as well as manage various types of leaves availed by the employees in a duration of their service. Along with the attendance & leave management, client also wants to automize the recruitment process followed in the company.
The Solution
After going through so much of research, analysis & brainstorming sessions, Ennovations created a HRMS (Human Resource Management System) that serves and meets best to the client requirement. The features incorporated in HRMS relieved Client’s HR department from much of the manual work.
HRMS serves as an efficient managerial instrument for tracking & monitoring the essential activities which includes people management, daily attendance tracking of every employee in the organization and leave management.
The Technology
With the help of Clients requirement and our creative thinking, the team developed a wireframe which after approval from client converted in a web application using Microsoft .NET. The database used was sql express 2008.
The Result
The Software was aimed to satisfy the needs of client along with creation and management of large data of employees. HRMS is a Sophisticated yet better application delivered by ennovations that put the client’s HR department work on a much smoother lane.
HRMS allows establishing a connection through virtual environment between Employees and HR department. The different roles & rights in the system make the people management a much easier task to accomplish.
Efficient and effective management of Leaves & attendance progressed to an automized and fast process.
